The problem
UK organisations lose time and momentum when grant deadlines, documents, and stakeholder inputs live across spreadsheets, email threads, and shared drives. When multiple bids run in parallel, small teams miss key dates, duplicate work, and struggle to report progress to trustees or leadership.
The solution
Keep every key date visible and get reminders so nothing slips.
Store bid drafts, budgets, and supporting documents in one place.
Assign tasks, track progress, and reduce back-and-forth.
See what's in progress, what's due next, and what's awaiting a decision.
